Technical Upgrade | New Low-OH Dehydroxylated Quartz Tubes Mass-Produced for Semiconductor & Photovoltaic High-Temp Processes-Anna

Recently, our factory completed the upgrade of the production line for new-generation low-OH dehydroxylated quartz tubes and achieved mass production.
The upgraded products greatly reduce the hydroxyl content inside quartz, avoiding bubble precipitation under high temperature, with comprehensively improved thermal stability and light transmittance.
Conventional ordinary quartz tubes carry high hydroxyl content. They tend to turn white and generate internal bubbles under long-term service above 1000℃, which disturbs the optical path of precision equipment.
Treated by high-temperature vacuum dehydroxylation process, dehydroxylated quartz tubes control the hydroxyl value within 10ppm. They can work stably at 1100℃ for long-term use, with instantaneous temperature resistance up to 1280℃.
The products are widely applied to photovoltaic diffusion equipment, semiconductor wafer annealing furnaces, optical coating instruments and laboratory high-temperature reaction equipment.
We support customized outer diameter, wall thickness and length as required, and provide deep processing such as sandblasting, polishing and flange welding. Stock samples can be sent out on the same day.
